Kanpur Test: Green Park decorated like a bride for India-Bangladesh match, special arrangements for school children

Kanpur: Preparations have been completed for the second test match between India and Bangladesh to be held at the historic Green Park Stadium. Both the teams have gone to Kanpur on 24 September for this match which is to start on 27 September. On this occasion, Green Park Stadium has been specially decorated so that this event can be made memorable.

After three years, Kanpur’s Green Park Stadium is once again hosting an international cricket match. Keeping this historic occasion in mind, the stadium has been decorated like a bride. The Bangladesh team is coming to play on this ground for the first time, and no stone has been left unturned in the preparations for this. Special attention has been given to all the arrangements, from the players’ net practice to other arrangements.

Venue Director Dr. Sanjay Kapoor said, “Green Park Stadium has been fully decorated and all preparations for the match have been completed. This match will be like a festival not only for Green Park but for the whole of Kanpur.”

Special arrangements for school children
The match’s Director Hospitality Sanjeev Kumar Singh informed that on this historic occasion, the match will be shown to school children free of cost, and special food is also being arranged for them. Along with this, many special arrangements have been made to make the match even more special, so that this experience becomes unforgettable for everyone.
