Kannappa: Prabhas’s Shiva avatar wearing Rudraksh-Tripundha leaked, angry makers put a reward of Rs 5 lakh

South star Prabhas has many films in his/her kitty, including Mukesh Kumar Singh’s Vishnu Manchu starrer ‘Kannaappa’. Prabhas has played a cameo role in the film and not much is known about his/her role. However, his/her look was recently leaked on X and everyone got to know what role Prabhas is going to play. Now the production house of the film has issued a statement asking the fans not to make the picture viral and also offered a reward to anyone who helps in catching the culprit. As soon as Prabhas’s fans started watching from the sets of ‘Kannaappa’ on his/her photo started going viral, 24 Frames Factory made an urgent appeal on behalf of ‘Kannaappa’ team and said that they will give a reward to the person who arrests the culprit.

Makers’ announcement on ‘Kannaappa’ image leak

Their statement reads, ‘For the last eight years, we have put our heart and soul into Kannappa. After two years of intense production, our team is ready to bring you a film of unmatched quality and passion. It is very sad that we recently learned that an image from the film has been stolen and leaked without any information.

The person who finds out will get Rs 5 lakh

The statement also said that any leak ‘undermines’ the work of ‘thousands of people’ including ‘2000 VFX artists’. he/she wrote, ‘We want to reveal how this leak happened and are filing a police complaint to arrest those responsible for this leak. We will take legal action. The production house also offered Rs 5 lakh to anyone who helps trace the source of the leak.

About ‘Kanappa’

‘Kannaappa’ is a fictional film based on the legend of Kannappa, a devotee of Shiva. Apart from Vishnu and Prabhas, the film will also see Akshay Kumar making his/her Telugu debut and he/she plays the role of Lord Shiva. Mohan Babu, R Sarathkumar, Arpit Ranka, Kaushal Manda, Rahul Madhav, Devraj, Mukesh Rishi, Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, Preeti Mukundan and Madhu also star in the film. Mohanlal and Kajal Aggarwal are also in cameo roles. The teaser of the film was released at the Cannes Film Festival this year.
