Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s maternal grandmother Indrani Thakur has passed away. his/her age was more than 100 years. Kangana has shared this sad news with fans by sharing two pictures of her grandmother on Instagram Story. he/she told that grandmother passed away on Friday night. Along with this, the actress has also written an emotional note. Fans who follow the actress on Instagram would be aware that she was very close to her grandmother and often shared her pictures. In the first picture shared by Kangana on her Instagram story, she is sitting with her grandmother Indrani and Both are laughing. Whereas in the second picture the sick grandmother is lying on the bed. Kangana is sitting sadly with her head on his/her head.

Grandmother had advocated for daughters to work

Kangana has written in the note along with the pictures, ‘Last night my maternal grandmother Indrani Thakur ji passed away. The entire family is in mourning. Please pray for them. She further writes, ‘My grandmother was an extraordinary woman, she had 5 children. Nana had limited resources, yet he/she provided higher education to all his/her children in good institutions. he/she insisted that his/her married daughters should also work and make their careers.

Grandmother has 5 children, all five are employed.

Kambana further writes, ‘his/her daughters got government jobs, which was a rare achievement at that time. All 5 of his/her children had their own careers, he/she was very proud of his/her children’s careers.

Even at this age, grandmother used to do all her work herself.
