The documents have revealed that actress Kangana Ranaut bought this bungalow in September 2017 for Rs 20 crore. And now after selling it, she has made a profit of 12 crores. According to the documents, the bungalow is spread over 3,075 square feet and the parking part in it is 565 square feet. The registration of this deal has been done on September 5. For which 1.92 crore stamp duty and 30 thousand rupees registration fee has been paid.

Kangana Ranaut sold the property

The documents also include the name of the buyer. It is said that this property has been bought by Shweta Bathija, a partner of Kamalini Holdings, who lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Kangana Ranaut, who became an MP from Mandi seat in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, had declared a net worth of more than Rs 91 crore in her affidavit. This included movable assets worth Rs 28.7 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 62.9 crore.

Kangana Ranaut had bought the office

For which she was in a lot of headlines. At the same time, recently Kangana Ranaut bought an office in Andheri area of ​​Mumbai for Rs 1.56 crore, which is spread over 407 square feet. It is said that this office located on the 19th floor was bought on paper at a rate of Rs 38,391 per square foot.
