South actor Kamal Haasan made his/her fans aware of his/her skills for six decades. After his/her work in Bollywood, he/she decided to leave the industry. In an old interview with India Today in 2017, Kamal Haasan said that he/she left Bollywood due to underworld connection.

In the interview, Kamal Haasan said that another reason for leaving Bollywood was the underworld connection of the industry, which he/she did not want to oppose or did not want to bend before him/her.
