‘Kalki 2898 AD’ took out every penny of its earnings at the box office on the sixth day, made a mark in the world

After earning a bumper amount of 95.3 crores on the first day, its popularity did not diminish on the sixth day as well. On Tuesday, i.e. the sixth day, the film earned around 27.85 crores. However, these are initial figures which can be more or less. On Tuesday also, this film earned better in Hindi than in Telugu. While the film earned only 11.2 crores in Telugu on Tuesday, it has collected 14 crores in Hindi. Talking about the total earnings, the film has collected 371 crores across the country and in 6 days, it has collected 142 crores in Hindi language so far. Nag Ashwin’s directed film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, released in five languages, is not living up to the expectations. The way it was postponed again and again, it seemed that it would rock the box office but its condition is getting worse day by day. On the first day i.e. 27 June, it collected 95.3 crores across the country. But on the second day, it registered a decline of 37.78 percent. On the fifth day, it witnessed a decline of 61 percent.

The film recovered its losses on the sixth day

Many actors have done cameos in the film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Ram Gopal Varma and SS Rajamouli have also appeared on screen for a few seconds. Now if we look at the figures of the last 6 days of this film, then there is a lot of ups and downs in it. On the sixth day, it collected 27.85 crores across the country. And on Monday, it earned 33.15 crores. That means the earnings fell by 18.45 percent. It may not have reached the 500 crore club at the domestic box office, but it has recovered its cost worldwide. The film has crossed the 600 crore mark in just 6 days.

Telugu earned more than Hindi

According to Sacnik, Kalki 2898 AD has collected 11.2 crores in Telugu on the sixth day, 14 crores in Hindi, 1.2 crores in Tamil, 0.25 crores in Kannada and 1.2 crores in Malayalam. So far, it has collected around 371 crores across the country. And the highest earnings have been in Telugu, which is 193 crores and then in Hindi which is 142 crores. However, one good thing in these figures is that the percentage of decline has decreased. Compared to the first day, a 37.78 percent decline was seen on the second day. But on the third and fourth day i.e. Saturday and Sunday, it performed well and the earnings increased by 11 to 34 percent. A big decline was seen on Monday, but on Tuesday the situation came under control a little.

Crossed the 600 mark worldwide

If we look at the worldwide collection, the figures of the sixth day are yet to come. This film earned 570.00 crores worldwide in 5 days and it is expected that on the sixth day this figure will be close to 620 crores or even more than that. However, it will have to work hard to enter the 1000 club. But it is expected that this time the weekend will be a blast. Because this time no such big film is releasing on the 5th, due to which more people will reach to watch it. Ajay Devgan’s movie ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’ and ‘Uljh’ have also been postponed probably for this reason that they will not be able to stand in front of this. Raghav Juyal and Lakshya starrer KILL will release but it does not seem to be in any particular danger from that.
