Whereas Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri’s ‘Bad News’ has come down from crores to lakhs on the 11th day of its release. On Monday, while ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’ have suffered a big blow at the Indian box office, the earnings of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ have once again surprised. This film, directed by Nag Ashwin, earned a brilliant Rs 4.00 crore on Sunday in its 5th weekend, while according to sacnilk, it has made a net collection of Rs 1.05 crore on Monday, the 33rd day.

‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has earned 633 crores in the country

Kalki 2898 AD, which is based on a combination of mythology in a dystopian world, has now made a net collection of Rs 633.05 crore in the country. The budget of the film is Rs 600 crore and it is now making profits. In India, this film has so far earned the highest amount of Rs 285.20 crore from the Hindi version, while the Telugu version has earned Rs 282.35 crore.

This film had earned 65.95 crores in the first weekend. Whereas on Monday, the fourth day, it suffered a big blow. But amidst all this, Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan’s film has once again shown that its hold is still strong in the theatres. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has also made a gross collection of 1025.80 crores worldwide in 33 days and has proved to be a superhit.

‘Bad News’ earned only Rs 98 lakh on the 11th day

On the other hand, Monday brought really bad news for Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri and Amy Virk’s ‘Bad News’. This film has done a business of only 98 lakh rupees on the 11th day of its release. However, this film made in a budget of 40 crores has done a total business of 52.98 crores in India and has proved to be a hit. Worldwide also this film has made a gross collection of 92 crores rupees.

‘Bad News’ still has a chance

This is the time for ‘Bad News’ to recover and make a strong hold. This is because there is no other big Hindi film in theatres this week. In such a situation, it has a chance to touch the mark of 100 crores worldwide. There are still three days left in this second week. In such a situation, if the film recovers, then it can reach lifetime earnings of 70-75 crores in India as well.
