John’s ‘The Diplomat’ hopes on opening day, doubling from Holi and Ramadan, colored colors

Releasing the film on the day of festivals like Holi and Diwali is a bigger rising in terms of earnings. This is because people are busy in their homes on both these festivals. However, Salman Khan’s ‘Tiger 3’ was released on the day of Diwali and earned Rs 44.50 crore on Opening Day. Now on Friday, March 14, 2025, John Abraham’s ‘The Diplomat’ was released on Holi. It is interesting that on the first day the film has almost doubled with hope. The on-round discussion was low before the release of ‘The Diplomat’, made in the direction of Shivam Nair. John Abraham’s previous release was Nikhil Advani’s ‘Veda’. The film was released on August 15, 2024 and earned Rs 6.30 crore on Opening Day. Comparatively ‘The Diplomat’ is about 40% less earning. But keeping Holi in mind, it is looking stronger than ‘Veda’.
