John Fetterman came to Trump’s coronation wearing shorts, skipping the dress code, swag did not reduce even in -5 degrees


Donald Trump has assumed power as the 47th President of America. 78-year-old Trump took the oath of office at the US Parliament Capitol Hill on Monday, January 20 at 10:30 pm Indian time. Famous personalities from all over the world attended Trump’s coronation. The guest list includes everyone from politicians to big businessmen. Due to extremely low temperatures in Washington, the ceremony was held indoors for the first time since 1985.

According to media reports, a temperature of minus 5 degrees was recorded in Washington on the day of the oath taking ceremony, hence a cold emergency was imposed. Keeping in mind the cold weather, the guests had to choose outfits that covered themselves completely. Democratic Party senator John Fetterman wore outfits according to his/her comfort, skipping the dress code, at Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony. he/she had arrived wearing a black hoodie and gray shorts. Despite the temperature being minus 5 degrees, he/she did not consider it necessary to wear a coat. And, completed the look with black shoes. John Fetterman, US Senator from Pennsylvania since 2023, never follows the traditional dress code. he/she wore a Carhartt hoodie with a bow-tie pattern to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner last year. Due to the cold, this was the second time in American history that the ceremony was held indoors. In 1985, Republican Ronald Reagan’s inauguration was held at the House.
