Necessary materials for making thecha

  • 8 to 10 fresh green chillies
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp peanuts
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • a handful of coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste

First of all in a pan peanut oil Have to heat. Now add green chilli and garlic to it and fry it on high flame for a minute. After this, add cumin, peanuts and coriander and fry till the aroma comes out. Keep in mind that you have to fry everything lightly and not cook it too much.

After roasting, turn off the gas. Now add green coriander and salt as per taste. Grind everything coarsely in a pestle or food processor. Never make the mistake of grinding it in a mixer, otherwise the entire taste will get spoiled. After grinding it in a mortar, you can also serve it hot.
