JEE Main 2025: NTA made changes in JEE Main form, new option added, students will get new facility

jee main Many students are facing problems in filling the 2025 application form. Because the names are not written in the same way in their 10th class certificate/marksheet and Aadhaar card. Due to difference in spelling of names on both the documents, JEE form is not being completed. When some students informed the National Testing Agency (NTA) about this problem and sent a request to improve it, then NTA made some changes. In view of this, the agency has made minor amendments in the online application form of JEE Main and has also informed the students about the same.

Now how to fill JEE Main form?

Actually, students whose names are not matching in both the documents, on selecting Confirm Name As Per Aadhaar, they get the message that there is a mismatch in the name in Aadhaar verification. Now NTA has given an option in the form that when this message comes, the candidates can close it and a new window will open. In the new window, the student will have to write the name with the printed spelling in the Aadhar card.

In this process, along with Aadhar card, the name written in the educational certificate will also be captured. Then students can fill their JEE Mains form completely. The previous problem will not arise. The last date to fill JEE form through NTA and JEE Main official website www.nta.ac.in and https://jeemain.nta.ac.in is 22 November 2024. According to the schedule released by NTA, this time JEE Main exam session-1 will be conducted from January 22 to January 31, 2025.
