The actress said that she does not want to say anything about the Union Budget 2024 as it is not worth discussing. Stating that the promises will only remain on paper, Jaya said, ‘I have no reaction. Is this a budget to react to? This is just drama, promises that remain on paper will never be fulfilled.’

There is nothing for the film industry in ‘Budget 2024’

In an interview with ‘NDTV’, Jaya said that nothing has been given for the film industry in the recent budget. Jaya Bachchan said that neither the actors nor the industry benefited from the Union Budget 2024. On this matter, she said, ‘Actors. There is nothing for us. There is nothing for our industry. Nothing for the country.’
