James Anderson Last Test: Anderson will try to break Shane Warne’s record, farewell test starts today


New Delhi. James Anderson, who is known as the king of swing, is now targeting Shane Warne’s record. England’s James Anderson will play his/her farewell test on Tuesday. This test match between England and West Indies will be played at Lord’s Stadium in London from July 10. Anderson is currently the highest wicket-taking fast bowler in test cricket. he/she has taken 700 wickets in 187 test matches.

41-year-old James Anderson is still fully fit, but England’s management wanted him/her to retire. If Anderson takes 9 wickets in the Lord’s Test, he/she will come second in this list after Muttiah. Sri Lanka’s Muralitharan has taken 800 wickets in 133 Test matches. Shane Warne has 708 wickets in 145 Test matches.
