It is a happy hour… TMC MP Mahua Moitra recited the poem, then raised such an issue that the proceedings of the House came to a standstill.

New Delhi: TMC MP Mahua Moitra During the discussion on the Constitution, he/she started his/her speech with a poem by Hilal Farid. During this, he/she fiercely attacked the ruling BJP at the Centre. he/she said that in the last 10 years, a large number of people believe that the Constitution is in danger. The central government wants to tamper with the Constitution. he/she also raised the issue of the attack on him/her during this period.

Mahua Moitra said that there were many attacks on me too due to which I had to go to the Supreme Court. This is the strength of the Constitution. During this, he/she also raised such an issue on which Nishikant Dubey and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju from the ruling party came forward. Not only this, the round of allegations and counter-allegations increased so much that the proceedings of the Lok Sabha had to be adjourned for half an hour.

Started with the poetry of Hilal Farid

The poem with which Mahua Moitra started her talk is as follows. he/she said, ‘It’s an auspicious time, see her come on stage tomorrow after dressing up, applying make-up, looking good. Putting the book before the eyes of the Constitution and saying: I bow my head and take this book in my mind and swear by God. Let the night end, let the day change, by tomorrow this unfaithful king of the blackbirds will forget everything. Will create hatred. Will increase distances. Will tear down the Constitution every day. But the one who is present at the gathering today believes that he/she is the hero. It is a happy hour.
Lalu Yadav is not alone in being surrounded by ‘eye-sucking’ statement, bad words of senior leaders have also come to the fore earlier also.

Mahua Moitra’s direct attack on BJP

The Trinamool MP further said that in the last 10 years, a large number of people believe that the Constitution is in danger. This government raised questions on Indira Gandhi’s Emergency. Yes, that is the dark chapter of democracy. But the present government is doing this indirectly. Police are threatening voters. This was seen in Rampur, Sambhal, where voters were pressurized to stay at home. Minorities were targeted.

Bulldozer Justice, mentioned nameplate dispute

Mahua Moitra further said that this government brought the Citizen Amendment Act, which directly raises questions on fundamental rights. Bulldozer action was taken on houses in the name of justice in all BJP ruled states. The houses of minorities were demolished without following the legal procedure. The decision of the UP government to require minorities, especially Muslims, who set up food shops to put up nameplates in front of their shops was going to raise questions.

Judge Loya was mentioned and there was an uproar in the House.

The TMC MP further said that this matter went to the Supreme Court from where this decision was stayed. This order of the UP government clearly violates Article 15. During this, there was a huge uproar in the House over raising the issue of Justice Loya. Nishikant Dubey and Kiren Rijiju said on the issue raised by the opposition that action will be taken on it. There was a lot of uproar in Parliament regarding this issue and the proceedings of the House were adjourned for half an hour.
