The Centre and NTA said that the paper was leaked at the Hazaribagh centre on the morning of May 5. It was then solved and sent to Patna. The Chief Justice wondered how 180 questions were solved in 45 minutes, while the exam was scheduled to start at 10:15 am.

Then the Solicitor General said that a gang of seven people had divided the questions and solved them. Then the Chief Justice said that the whole idea is that the paper was solved in 45 minutes and it was provided to the students and they were made to memorize it. This seems beyond the truth.

Let us tell you that the NEET paper was held on 5 May 2024 and its result came on June 4. After this, the case of NEET paper leak came to the fore. An application has been filed in the bench headed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court alleging NEET paper leak and demanding cancellation of NEET exam. Dozens of applications have been filed in this case, on which the hearing is going on in the Supreme Court. The final hearing is scheduled to be held on July 22.
