New Delhi. Sunrisers Hyderabad has released its retention list for IPL 2025. Last year the Sunrisers team had reached the finals. However, they had to face defeat from KKR in the final. Sunrisers have given place to players in their team. It remains to be seen how his/her team performs next year i.e. IPL 2025.

Sunrisers Hyderabad team had lost in the final last year. Till now the team has become champion only in 2016. The captain of the team during that time was David Warner. The team played its first IPL in 2013. Where they reached the playoffs but finished fourth. Sunrisers won their first IPL title in the 2016 season, defeating Royal Challengers Bangalore by 8 runs in the final.

23 crores given to Heinrich Klaasen
Sunrisers Hyderabad has spent a lot of money on foreign players. he/she has included South African batsman Heinrich Klaasen in the team for Rs 23 crores. Pat Cummins has been retained for Rs 18 crores, while Travis Head has been retained for Rs 14 crores. Whereas, two Indians Abhishek Sharma and Nitish Reddy have been given Rs 14 and Rs 6 crore respectively.
