IPL Auction: Younger brother gets crores, elder brother empty handed, not only Sarfaraz, England’s Big Brother also UNSOLD

New Delhi. You must have read the news of two brothers from India in the IPL auction. The elder brother remained unsold despite being a part of Team India and the franchise was kind to the younger brother. Now 19 year old Musheer Khan will be seen playing for Punjab Kings and Sarfaraz Khan will be forced to sit at home. But such an incident has not happened only among Indian brothers. The story of two brothers from England is exactly the same. England’s Big Brother was left empty handed and more than Rs 4 crore was bid on the younger one.

Sarfaraz Khan, who played an inning of 150 runs for the Indian team a month ago, was not considered worthy by any IPL franchise to include him/her in their team. That is why Sarfaraz with base price of Rs 75 lakh remained unsold. This has happened for the second consecutive year. Sarfaraz Khan remained unsold last year also. On the other hand, Musheer Khan was bought by Punjab Kings for the base price of Rs 30 lakh.

IPL Auction: More bids were placed on players from this country than Australia, but players from other countries took more money.
