According to experts, Brahma Muhurta is the best time to do yoga. It starts at 3:30-4 am, you can do it from 6 to 7 am. Wake up in the morning and clear your stomach and then you are ready to do yoga.

Some people are not able to practice yoga at this time due to busy lifestyle or not being able to wake up early. Such people can practice yoga between 4 and 6 in the evening. This is also a good time.

Spring season is the best season to start yoga. It comes in the month of March-April. After that, your routine is formed till summer and rainy season. Due to which the risk of breaking the routine ends. There is a greater possibility of missing the practice in rainy and autumn seasons.

  1. Before starting yoga, the stomach should be completely clean.
  2. If you have to eat, then eat light fruit like banana.
  3. The ground where the matches are laid should be flat.
  4. Yoga should be practiced in the open. If the weather is not good, then practice inside by opening the doors and windows.
  5. Do not practice in AC.
  6. Wear cotton clothes for yoga. Clothes should not be synthetic.

  • One should take bath only 30 minutes after yoga.

  1. Do not do yoga after 9 am during the day.
