Instructions to file FIR against Ali Abbas Zafar, court order in ‘Bade Mian Chhote Mian’ controversy


Vashu Bhagnani has approached Bandra Police Station to file a complaint against ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ director Ali Abbas Zafar for cheating, forgery, criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of crores of rupees. After not getting any response from the police, the Indian filmmaker took his/her case to the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court for prompt action. In response to the petition, the court has directed Bandra Police Station to take action against the film’s director and team members. Reports suggest that section 120-B has been filed against director Ali Abbas Zafar, maker Himanshu Mehra and team members. Rakul Preet got irritated on the question related to father-in-law, daughter-in-law said ‘sorry’ on Vasu Bhagnani’s money fraud and left.

Court ordered

Bandra Police Station has been ordered to hold Vashu Bhagnani guilty of cheating, forgery, criminal breach of trust, cheating and misappropriation of crores of rupees by forging signatures during the shooting of ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’.

The court took the decision

The Court, in its order, said that the total amount of money and number of transactions involved in the alleged fraud and fraud are very high and they are spread over many places.

What was the matter?

Let us tell you, Vashu Bhagnani had filed a complaint at Bandra Police Station on September 3, 2024 against Ali Abbas Zafar, Himanshu Mehra and members of the team of ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’. But Vashu never received any response from the police. Hence, he/she approached the court to lodge an FIR and seek justice.
