After Diwali, if there is a pile of roses and marigold flowers in your house, then take out their petals. Now spread a white or any plain cloth on the table and spread the petals. Keep in mind that you have to cover the entire cloth. After this, fold the cloth and make it round. Tie it well with the help of thread or rope. Now you have to keep it for steaming for some time. You won’t believe your eyes after seeing the results.

If you want to give pink color to the cloth, you can also use rose flower alone. For this, keep the petals in a bowl and add appropriate amount of water. After boiling for an hour, pour vinegar in a separate vessel and keep the cloth in it, which is to be dyed.

Now you have to mix rose petal water and a cloth dipped in vinegar. Leave the cloth to soak for an hour. When the color gets absorbed into the cloth properly, leave it to dry. In this way the pink color will get absorbed into the clothes.
