The petitioner argued that the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) had asked to conduct all PG exams after August 2021. Also, the students were asked to inform about it a month in advance. But the AIIMS administration has taken the opposite decision.

Keeping in view the current situation, the Supreme Court has ordered the postponement of AIIMS INI CET Exam 2021 by one month. The court has said that the examination can be taken at any time after a month.

Through this exam, it is taken for medical PG admission in AIIMS (AIIMS), JIPMER (JIPMER) and National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS). This year the exam was earlier scheduled to be held on May 7. But it is called NEET PG 2021 (NEET PG 2021) was postponed. The new date was announced on 27th May and it was told that INI CET 2021 will now be held on 16th June. That too has been adjourned after the order of the court.
