India’s new batting coach Sitanshu Kotak has done a lot of work at NCA and India A level. he/she has been given the post of batting coach of the Indian team after India’s continuous defeat in the Test series against New Zealand and Australia. Kotak has said that if Rohit and Kohli want to ask me something, then there are many things in my mind.
Kotak said the media, “Rohit and Virat are very experienced players but the players in this team (T20) are fantastic. My job is about trying to understand how players are planning their game. What is their thinking and how we can add something to their game. I think like this. ”
he/she said, “If I could add two or five percent to a player’s game, then it will be a big thing. It would not be unfair to say that he/she has played cricket as much as he/she has played and the way he/she has performed. For me too, there can be many things to learn from them. This game goes on like this, you have to be ready to listen and learn the thoughts of others. ”
Kotak further said, “If they want to ask me something (Rohit and Kohli), then there are some things in my mind and I will say it but it should be at the right time. They should feel that they are ready for this. ” Let us know that the BCCI has not made any official announcement about the appointment of Kotak, but his/her tenure is likely to be at least till the series of five Test matches against England in June.
