India’s 2 shameful defeats in 1 day, both men and women thrashed badly

New Delhi. Sunday was not a good day for Indian cricket. The Indian team playing against Australia had to face not one but two crushing defeats. First, Rohit Sharma’s team suffered a shameful defeat by 10 wickets in the pink ball test. After this, the women’s team won the ODI series by defeating Harmanpreet Kaur’s brigade by a huge margin of 122 runs. Batting first, the Australian team had set a huge target of 372 runs, against which the women’s team collapsed for 249 runs.

The women’s team, which came to Australia to play a 3-match Test series, had to face a shameful defeat for the second consecutive match. After scoring just 100 runs in the first match, the bowlers conceded 371 runs in the second match. For Australia, Georgia Wall and Elise Perry scored brilliant centuries and took the team to a big score. In reply, Indian batting was reduced to a score of just 249 runs. Richa Ghosh, who came to start the innings, scored the highest score of 54 runs. Jemimah Rodriguez was out after scoring 43 runs while captain Harmanpreet Kaur played an inning of 38 runs.

India lost the series
With the second consecutive embarrassing defeat in the 3-match ODI series, India’s hopes of winning the series have ended. The Indian team lost the first match because of its batsmen and in the second match, the bowlers ruined the team’s fortunes. Star opener Smriti Mandhana could not do anything special in both the matches. This batsman, who scored 8 runs in the first ODI, scored only 9 runs in the second match.
