India refuses to go to Pakistan for Champions Trophy, PCB has 4 ways

New Delhi. The ICC Champions Trophy is to be played in Pakistan next year. As expected, India has refused to go to Pakistan and play the tournament. BCCI gave information to ICC and Pakistan Cricket Board created an uproar. he/she has demanded from ICC that BCCI should explain the reason for his/her not going there. For what reason has the board refused to send its team to Pakistan? Amidst this chaos, the question now arising in the minds of the fans is whether the tournament will be canceled or will it be played without India because the PCB has refused to adopt the hybrid model.

There has been an uproar ever since India refused to play in Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy. Former cricketers are giving different statements regarding this. There is even talk on Pakistan’s debate shows that the Indian team should be thrown out of the tournament and Sri Lanka should be included in their place. The people sitting on the panel may say such absurd things but in reality both ICC and PCB know that if India does not play in the Champions Trophy, they will suffer a lot.

Now how many ways are left for Pakistan to win the ICC Champions Trophy? The first and easiest way is for the PCB to agree to conduct the tournament in a hybrid model. All India’s matches including semi-finals and finals should be held outside Pakistan. Another option could be to move the entire tournament out of Pakistan. This has happened before also when the 2021 T20 World Cup was hosted by India in UAE and Oman.

The third option is that India should be out of the Champions Trophy and in their place Sri Lanka should be included in the top 8 teams. If this happens, not only the Pakistan Cricket Board but also the ICC may have to suffer huge losses. The last option could be that this Champions Trophy should be postponed for the time being in view of the chaos.
