India made a clean sweep with Anmol-Jeet, beat Australia in the Youth Test, 17 year old spinner was the hero of the victory.

New Delhi. India once again forced Australia’s Under-19 team to suffer defeat. Indian Under-19 team defeated Australia by a huge margin of innings and 120 runs in the second Youth Test. The heroes of India’s victory were Harvansh Pangalia and Anmoljeet Singh. Harvansh Pangalia played an inning of 117 runs while Anmoljeet Singh took 9 wickets in the match. Anmoljeet was chosen player of the match for this performance. This was Anmoljeet Singh’s first match for India’s Under-19 team.

The second Youth Test between Under-19 Indian team and Australia was played in Chennai. India batted first in the match. The host team scored 492 runs thanks to the excellent innings of Harvansh Pangalia (117) and Nitya Pandya (94). Captain Soham Patwardhan (63), Nikhil Kumar (61) also had important contributions in taking India to this score.

Pakistan was proud after scoring 556 runs, England defeated them, Pakistan bowlers were beaten like this for the second time.

After the Indian batsmen, the bowlers also performed brilliantly and bundled out the Australian team for 277 runs in the first innings. India then gave follow up to Australia. In this way Australia’s Under-19 team proceeded with the second innings. But this time the visiting team could not even score 100 runs. India bowled out Australia’s Under-19 team for just 95 runs. In this way, the Under-19 Indian team won the match by an innings and 120 runs.

Off-spinner Anmoljeet Singh played the biggest role in getting Australia all out twice. Anmoljeet Singh took 4 wickets in the first innings and 5 wickets in the second innings. There is no doubt that he/she was chosen player of the match.
