New Delhi: Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh Said that India is not very lucky in terms of borders. The country has to face threats from both external and internal sides. In such a situation, the army will always have to be alert. Enemies are always active. The Defense Minister was addressing the army soldiers at Mhow Cantonment in Indore. During this time, he/she also appealed to the military personnel to keep a close watch on the internal and external enemies. Earlier, Rajnath Singh along with Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi paid floral tributes at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Memorial in Mhow.

Rajnath said- We need to be alert

Rajnath Singh, who is on a two-day visit to Madhya Pradesh, while addressing the army personnel, said that India is not a very fortunate country keeping in mind the security scenario, because our northern border and western border are facing constant challenges. As the Defense Minister of the country, I would like to tell you that we should always be alert. Our enemies, whether internal or external, are always active.

‘It is important to keep a close watch on every activity of the enemies’

Rajnath Singh said that in these circumstances we should keep a close watch on their activities and take appropriate and timely effective steps against them. he/she told the soldiers that discipline and dedication are very important even in times of peace. Training of soldiers is no less than war. The Defense Minister said that the role of the Army is very important to make India a developed and self-reliant country by 2047.

Rajnath Singh said that this area of ​​Mhow has historical importance for many reasons. Being the birthplace of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, this area is no less than a sacred land for all of us. Apart from being his/her birthplace, this area is important for many reasons. It has been more than 200 years since this Cantonment was established.

For such a long period, Mhow cantonment has continued to be an important part of our armed forces. Mhow Cantonment, 25 km from Indore, has three major training institutes ‘Army War College’, ‘Military College of Telecommunication Engineering’ and ‘Infantry School’. Apart from this, there is also ‘Infantry Museum’ and ‘Army Marksmanship Unit’.
