India Canada Row: ‘Indian agents working closely with Lawrence Bishnoi gang’, what happened to Trudeau?

New Delhi : Now Lawrence Bishnoi has entered amid deteriorating relations between India and Canada. Shortly after India recalled its diplomats from Canada, Canada has made serious allegations against India. It seems that the Canadian PM is hell-bent on spoiling relations with India.

Name of Lawrence Bishnoi gang taken

Canada’s Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) alleges that India is directly involved in ‘serious criminal activity’ on their soil. However, Canada has not presented any evidence to support its claims. Canadian police allege that ‘agents’ of the Indian government in Ottawa were working with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang to target Khalistani elements. The special thing is that these allegations have come to light at a time when the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is under the scanner of law enforcement agencies in India due to their alleged involvement in the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai.

Question on the role of Indian diplomat

Speaking to the media late on Monday night, the RCMP claimed that Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who was killed in Canada last year, was murdered. The investigation into the case has revealed alleged links of the Indian government to perpetrators of ‘violent’ acts in the North American country. These allegations have been made by Canada at a time when it accused Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Verma and other diplomats of being ‘persons of interest’ related to the Nijjar murder investigation.

Targeting the South Asian community?

The RCMP statement said the evidence suggests Indian government agents used a variety of entities in Canada and abroad to collect information. Some of these individuals and businesses were forced and intimidated into working for the Indian government. The information collected for the Indian government is then used to target members of the South Asian community.
