The biggest problem in Kanpur is that of hotels because apart from the players, there are staff, officials and broadcasters. They face a lot of difficulty in getting a hotel later.

Keeping this in mind, hotel arrangements have already been made this time. This time arrangements have been made to accommodate everyone in a hotel in Kanpur itself. 250 cameras have also been booked in five famous hotels of Kanpur. Rooms have been booked for the players in Kanpur’s Landmark Hotel.

250 rooms have been booked in five hotels

UPCA has initially booked 250 rooms in five hotels in Kanpur. These include Landmark, Hotel Prestine, Regenta, Vijay Villa. Arrangements have been made for the players of both the teams to stay in Landmark Hotel. Along with this, the main officials will also stay here. Other hotels have been booked for the support staff, match umpires and others to stay. The production team and supporting staff will stay in Regenta and Hotel Prestine. Apart from this, there will be arrangements for the BCCI officials, umpires and scorers to stay in Hotel Vijay Villa.

This time there will be no need to stay outside

Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association CEO Ankit Chatterjee said that the second test match will be played in Kanpur on 27 September. For this, 250 rooms have been booked in five hotels in Kanpur. Along with this, talks are going on with many hotels. Soon more rooms will be booked in hotels so that they can be used if needed. This time there will be no need to stop anyone outside, so hotels have been booked in advance.
