IND vs PAK: Babar will be disappointed by what the English legend said before the match

New Delhi. A big match is to be played between India and Pakistan today in the T20 World Cup 2024. Rohit Sharma and company are already in high spirits in the tournament. In the last match, Team India had made a great start to this great cricket event by defeating Ireland. On the other hand, the Pakistani team captained by Babar Azam will face India today after being badly defeated by a new team like America in the last match. Before today’s big match, England’s World Cup winning captain Eoin Morgan said something that if Pak captain Babar Azam hears, he/she might get disappointed even before the match.

During a conversation with Sky Sports, Eoin Morgan said that I think the Indian team is so strong in this tournament that if Rohit Sharma and company want, they can choose two teams and still be competitive with both the teams. In simple words, Morgan is trying to say that India’s B team has the strength to challenge Pakistan. It was under the captaincy of Eoin Morgan that the England team won the 50-over World Cup 2019.

If we look at the recent performance of the Pakistan team, in May, Babar Azam’s army had to face a 0-2 defeat in the T20 series on the England tour. Then on the Ireland tour, Pakistan somehow managed to win the three-match T20 series 2-1. Talking about the results of India-Pakistan matches in the last three World Cups, in the 2021 T20 World Cup, Pakistan defeated India by 10 wickets. After this, in the 2022 T20 World Cup, Team India won on the basis of Virat Kohli’s brilliant performance. Rohit Sharma’s team defeated Pakistan in the 50-over World Cup held in India last year.
