When Akashdeep was facing struggle in the early days of his/her career, his/her mother encouraged and motivated him/her to move forward. Akashdeep has said many times in interviews that his/her mother is the biggest inspiration in his/her life. his/her mother ensured that her son could focus on his/her training and fitness, no matter how many difficulties he/she had to face for this.

Today, when Akashdeep is performing brilliantly for the Indian cricket team, the story of his/her mother’s unwavering dedication is hidden behind it. his/her recent performance against Bangladesh proves that any height can be achieved with a mother’s dream and dedication. Akashdeep contributed 17 runs in the ongoing first Test match against Bangladesh. In bowling, he/she has pushed Bangladesh on the backfoot by taking two wickets in a single over.
