IND vs AUS: India surprised by making 3 changes, veteran also returns along with Rohit-Gil, India Playing XI

New Delhi. The teams of India and Australia have taken the field for the second test match. This day-night test is being played in Adelaide. Captain Rohit Sharma has returned to the team. The Indian team has made 3 changes in the playing eleven that won the match in Perth. Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill and Ravichandran Ashwin have returned to the playing eleven. These three players did not play in the Perth Test.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first. On the question of playing eleven, Rohit told that three players including him/her are returning. Due to this, Devdutt Padikkal, Dhruv Jurel and Washington Sundar had to go out of the playing eleven. Rohit has already made it clear that he/she will bat in the middle-order in this match. This means that KL Rahul will open with Yashasvi Jaiswal. KL Rahul and Jaiswal had made a partnership of 201 runs in the Perth Test. In a way, due to this partnership, Rohit has had to return to the middle-order. Rohit started his/her career from the middle-order.

Sundar took 2 wickets in Perth
The return of Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill was considered certain. Everyone was assuming and knowing that Devdutt Padikkal and Dhruv Jurel would have to vacate their place in the playing eleven. Ravichandran Ashwin’s return is a bit surprising. Washington Sundar batted well in the second innings of the Perth Test. he/she had scored 29 runs. Apart from this, Sundar also took 2 wickets.
