Rohit Sharma said after the match that it would not have been right to drop Nitish Rana.

Rohit Sharma said in the press conference, “It is not right to drop Harshit Rana after one Test match. Even though he/she did not commit any mistake. Why exclude him/her? he/she has a heart and a liver. The team’s confidence falls when you make too many changes in the playing XI. When someone has not committed any mistake then why to drop him/her from the team. “At least we try to give him/her a chance.”
