New Delhi. The second match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy being played between India and Australia is being played in Adelaide. Today is the third day of the Pink Ball Test and the Indian team will aim to make a comeback against host Australia. On the first day, India was all out on the score of 180 runs in the first innings. On the second day, Australia scored 337 runs and took a huge lead of 157 runs. At the end of the second day’s play, India had scored 128 runs for 5 wickets. India is still 29 runs behind Australia.
The second day of the Pink Ball Test was entirely in the name of Australia. First, on the basis of Travis Head’s century, they gained a big lead over the Indian team and then achieved tremendous success by dismissing the top 5 batsmen. The Indian team was seen on the back foot at the end of the second day’s play. Rishabh Pant was playing with 28 runs while Nitish Kumar Reddy was playing with 15 runs.

In the second test against Australia, the Indian team was all out for 180 runs in the first innings and now 5 batsmen have been out in the second innings also. Yashasvi Jaiswal played an inning of 24 runs and Shubman Gill played an inning of 28 runs. KL Rahul was out after scoring 7 runs, Virat Kohli was out after scoring 11 runs and captain Rohit Sharma was out after scoring just 6 runs.
