Brought glory to the country in Olympiad

Ved got international recognition during his/her school days. In 5th and 6th grade he/she stood second in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). In 8th grade he/she won a gold medal in the International Junior Science Olympiad.

Performance in JEE Advanced even better than JEE Main

After completing his/her schooling, Ved started preparing for IIT JEE. In JEE Mains 2024, Ved scored 295 marks out of 300 and secured 119th rank. A few months later, he/she topped JEE Advanced by scoring 355 out of 360. This is the highest score so far. Earlier in 2022, a record of 352/360 was made, which was broken by Ved.

Distance from social media, trust more on self study than coaching

In an interview, Ved attributed his/her success to staying away from social media. he/she believes that social media is a big distraction for any student preparing for any competitive exam. Ved told that he/she took coaching in Kota, Rajasthan, but his/her main focus was on self-study.
