IGI Airport Police Has arrested this person named Madanlal under sections 419 and 420 of IPC. At the same time, on the basis of Madanlal’s revelations, the Airport Police has also arrested an agent named Satish Kumar from Jadola village of Kaithal (Haryana) in this case. The airport police is continuing to interrogate Madanlal and Satish Kumar in this matter.

Know what is the whole matter?
According to IGI Airport Police Deputy Commissioner Usha Ranganani, Madanlal, originally a resident of Parwala village of Karnal (Haryana), had reached IGI Airport by flight QR-578 coming from Rome (Italy). During the investigation by the Immigration Bureau, it was found that there was neither any departure stamp on his passport nor any information in this regard recorded in the Bureau’s system.

At the same time, when Madan Lal was asked about this, he was neither able to tell on which passport he had gone to Italy nor could he give satisfactory answers to any of the questions of the Immigration Bureau. It was from here that the immigration became suspicious that the accused had made the mistake of going abroad on the passport of another passenger. After which, the Immigration Bureau handed over Madanlal to the airport police.

Madanlal How did it reach Italy?
According to IGI Airport Police Deputy Commissioner Usha Ranganani, during interrogation, Madanlal confessed that he had left for Rome city of Italy via Abu Dhabi from Delhi on someone else’s passport. He told that he was helped in this work by a person named Satish Kumar, who was known to one of his friends.

In the name of sending him to Italy, Satish Kumar collected Rs 12 lakh from him and provided him the passport of a person named Sultan. He told that on this passport he had left for Italy from Delhi via Abu Dhabi in 2014. After reaching Italy, he lodged a complaint of loss of his passport and obtained a new passport in his name.

How did you spend ten years in Italy?
According to DCP Usha Ranganani, about ten years ago, with the help of Sultan’s passport, he was successful in reaching Rome, Italy. After this he remained there. After almost ten years had passed, he thought of coming home and as soon as he reached the airport, his impudence was caught. After which, IGI Airport Police arrested the accused Madanlal.
