The doctor said that although dry fruits are very good for children, but giving dry fruits to children when they have cough should be avoided. You can give 30 to 40 grams of dry fruits to a child between 18 months to two years, but these should be pure. These should not be coated with sugar, artificial flavor or candy fill.
