Addiction to TV seems to be less as compared to mobile. It is less interactive and easier to manage than a mobile or tablet. Apart from this, you can involve the child in food preparation. Make salad from it, blend smoothie or make chutney. Children enjoy eating things that they have made themselves. Serve food in spoons and plates with colors or characters of the child’s choice. You also sit with him/her and eat the same and talk to him/her about food.
