Make Apricot Sweets

To make this, you need 1 pound dried apricots, 2 cups pears, grape juice or apple juice. Boil all the ingredients in a saucepan. Then boil for 15 minutes. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add more juice to make it thinner or add cereal to thicken it.

Take 1 apple (peeled, cut into pieces) and 2 cups of water. Boil the apple pieces in a saucepan. The pieces need to be immersed in water. After this mash the apple pieces. Add water to get desired consistency. You can also add a stick of cinnamon to the puree to enhance the flavour. You can simmer a small cinnamon stick with apple slices and mash the slices before pureeing them.

For this you just have to take 1 ripe banana (peeled and cut into pieces). Blend the bananas in a food processor or mash them in a bowl. Heat for 25 seconds to further soften the mashed ingredients. Add milk or water to dilute it or add cereals to thicken it. Banana is rich in potassium and other nutrients.

In addition to fresh peas, take breast milk, formula milk or water. Fill a saucepan with water and let it boil. When the water starts boiling, place two cups of peas in a steamer basket over a pot or saucepan. Cover the lid and let the peas steam for three to five minutes.

When the peas are bright green, soft and fresh looking, remove the steamer basket from the pot and let the peas cool. Puree the peas by putting them in a blender or food processor.

Add breast milk, formula, or water to desired consistency.

Take a ripe avocado and breastmilk, formula milk or water. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp. Puree the ripe avocado using a blender or food processor. You can also use a fork to mash the avocado thoroughly.
