To make this molasses, first soak the almonds in hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. After this, drain the hot water and add cold water to the almonds and keep their peels aside. Now drain the water and add milk to it and grind it in a mixer to make a paste.

Now place a pan on the gas and add ghee to it and fry the almond paste on low flame until it turns light brown. During this time you have to keep running it continuously. Now add half a cup of milk and a quarter cup of water and mix it well. Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron water into it.
