New Delhi: There are finally signs of the Russia-Ukraine war coming to an end. Russia wants talks to stop the Ukraine war. Russia has told this to India, Brazil and China. Russia has laid down some conditions for the talks. Russia wants Ukraine not to join NATO. Russia wants Ukraine to remain neutral. Russia also wants Ukraine to accept some of its areas as Russian territory.

Told our conditions to India, Brazil and China

Russia has shared this offer of talks with its strategic partners India, Brazil and China. Russia says that if Ukraine accepts these conditions, it is ready for talks.

Russia has laid down these conditions for talks

• The first condition is that Ukraine must remain a neutral, non-aligned and nuclear-weapons-free country in the future.
• The second condition is that Ukraine should withdraw its army from there.
• The third condition is that Ukraine recognizes Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia as Russian territory.
• The fourth condition is that the status of Crimea and Sevastopol be recognised in international treaties.
• The fifth and last condition is that all Western sanctions imposed on Russia should be lifted.

Russia will stop the war if the conditions are accepted

Russia says that if Ukraine accepts these conditions, it will stop the war and start negotiations. Russia has also said that it will guarantee the safe return of Ukrainian troops. Russian President Vladimir Putin said last week that he/she is in touch with India, Brazil and China. he/she said that these countries are sincerely trying to resolve the Russia-Ukraine war. It is not yet clear what is the response of India, Brazil and China to this offer of Russia.
