If someone dies while boarding or deboarding the train, does the Railways give compensation? Know the reason once

According to the rules of the Indian Railway Transport Department, if the death of a person inside the train is caused by the Railways, then the Indian Railways compensates him/her for it. But if due to any disease or any other reason he/she dies while sitting in the train, then no compensation is given by the Indian Railways.

Compensation is not given even after suicide

Apart from this, if a person tries to commit suicide in front of a train, and after escaping gets injured or dies, then no compensation is given for him/her. At the same time, even if you die while sitting inside due to some reason which is not the fault of the Railways, still the person is not given compensation.
