New Delhi. Indian women’s cricket team’s young opener Pratika Rawal says that she wants to score a lot of runs for the team. Pratika gave India its biggest win by playing an innings of 154 runs in the third ODI against Ireland. Team India defeated Ireland 3-0 in the 3 match ODI series. This series was great for Pratika. She admitted that she had slowed down a bit as she neared her century against Ireland but batted faster as soon as she completed her century. Pradeep Rawal, father of right-handed batsman Pratika, is a Level 2 umpire recognized by BCCI.

Pratika Rawal said, ‘I always want to score runs. And it is a matter of pride to be able to do this while playing for the country. After scoring 70 runs, I was playing a little cautiously but as soon as I completed the century, I started playing openly. Pratika scored the first century of her international career in 100 balls. he/she scored his/her first century in the sixth ODI. She made two century partnerships in the opening with captain Smriti Mandhana. Pratika has scored 444 runs at an average of more than 60, which includes 3 half-centuries and 1 century. he/she scored 310 runs in the series against Ireland.
