In this, it has appealed to include its declared foreign income of Rs 7,640 crore for 2024 under the relevant government tax scheme. Sukesh informed Nirmala Sitharaman in a letter that his/her overseas businesses, LS Holdings International and Speed ​​Gaming Corporation, which are registered in Nevada and British Virgin Islands, are involved in online and offline gaming and betting.

Sukesh told that his/her business is active in America, Spain, Britain, Dubai and Hong Kong. he/she also said that he/she is ready to settle all pending income tax recovery actions and appeals in India. Sukesh Chandrashekhar has also praised Prime Minister Modi. According to Sukesh, under the leadership of PM Modi, he/she wants to contribute to the development of India by paying tax on his/her foreign income and investing it in the country.

Sukesh wrote in his/her letter, From today, being a proud Indian, under the great leadership of our Prime Minister Modi ji, I want to contribute to the world-class development of this great nation. he/she further wrote that from now on I will voluntarily pay Indian taxes on my foreign income. Sukesh wrote that he/she will invest his/her foreign income here in India.

Sukesh, accused of fraud, wrote, for this I am declaring my legitimate foreign income of Rs 7,640 crore for the year 2024. Also, wish to pay appropriate taxes as per Indian tax laws on prompt basis.
