This is a project of a company named SISA. ISRO Chief said that the space agency is working on building huge rockets to send heavy satellites into space. he/she said that at present there is a lot of demand in the satellite launching market because there are not enough rockets in the world.

ISRO chief has to face spam calls

Dr. Somnath said that he/she too has to face spam calls and fraud related calls. But due to awareness and knowledge, he/she has been saved from becoming a victim of cyber fraud. Private news channel NDTV quoted Dr. Somnath as saying that I have not yet become a victim of cyber fraud. But there have been many attempts, like it happens with all of you. I received many phone calls … but none of them were successful.

India is rapidly progressing in the digital world

Dr. Somnath said that the growth of the digital world in India is unprecedented. In the last few years, the use of digital technology has increased a lot in digital payments, education, business and commercial sector. This has also increased cyber crime. Along with increasing the digital ecosystem, there is a need to deal with cyber threats, which mostly come from outside the country. he/she said that there is an extreme need to strengthen cyber security, it is also important for the private sector.

Naming the new service as Cyber ​​Nalanda, Dr. Somnath said that it will work in collaboration with other institutions and academic institutions for research and development in cyber security. Nalanda was a place where ideas were exchanged

‘There are fewer rockets and more satellites’

he/she said, “…there are not enough rockets in the world. There are more satellites than rockets. But the launching market is a geopolitical issue. It’s not just the numbers that matter. Cost, political influence, regional demand, all these things matter. So we are trying our best to build more rockets and make them available for commercial purposes.”

Many startups are also working on making rockets

The ISRO chief further said that there is a demand for small satellites, so a lot of startups are working on it. At the medium level, we have PSLV, which is working very well. At the high level, we do not have enough capacity. We are trying to develop it. When asked about the upcoming major mission of ISRO, Dr. Somnath said that there is no need to panic at all.
