PM Modi said on Fridman’s fast
PM Modi thanked with laughter at this unique step by Fridman. he/she described Fridman’s fast as a sign of respect for himself. During this time, PM Modi also highlighted his/her experiences and its spiritual importance during the fast. he/she said that fasting makes their senses even more active and the ability to think increases. PM Modi also explained the importance of fasting in Indian religion and culture.
Fridman told why fast
Lex Fridman had a 45 -hour fast before his/her conversation with PM Modi. he/she said in a conversation with the Prime Minister, ‘I am on fast right now. It has been about 2 days, about 45 hours. Only drunk water, no food was eaten. ‘ Fridman said that this fast was kept in honor of this conversation and to get into the right mental state and to reach the spiritual level.

PM told his/her experience regarding fasting
The Prime Minister said that your senses become very sharp, highly aware and fully active. Your ability to inspect and understand becomes stronger. I myself have experienced this. he/she also explained the spiritual philosophy behind the fast. he/she said that the religious traditions of India are really a way to live life. he/she further said that there is a deep discussion in our scriptures on raising the mind, soul, body, intellect and humanity. To achieve this, they prepare the outline of various systems and traditions and fasting is one of them.
PM Modi said that the Supreme Court has seen Hindutva not only as rituals or methods of worship, but as a way of living. PM Modi insisted that fasting is not just everything. In India, fasting is a way to create discipline, whether you see it culturally or philosophically.
