During this, Trinamool Congress MP Saket Gokhale started speaking on the CBI, then the Home Minister said that the CBI does not come under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Amit Shah spoke on Saket Gokhale’s comment

Saket Gokhale started a discussion about the CBI during a discussion on the functioning of the Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday in the Rajya Sabha. On this, Home Minister Amit Shah said that the discussion is happening on the Home Department. Amit Shah said, ‘The cases of CBI are being called for electoral violence from the Supreme Court and High Court order. When the victims reached the High Court, a CBI inquiry was ordered by the court order.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said that Trinamool Congress MP Saket Gokhale has started his/her talk in a negative way. We believe that the dignity of the Rajya Sabha should be maintained, but they have dropped the dignity of the Rajya Sabha by giving such a poor speech.
