Hyderabad coach’s strange statement after the defeat to KKR, said – we will play like this

Ahmedabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad, known for its explosive batting line-up in this season of the Indian Premier League, had to face defeat from Kolkata Knight Riders in the qualifiers. Team’s assistant coach Simon Helmot said that his/her team will continue to play aggressive cricket despite the defeat in the playoff against Kolkata Knight Riders.

KKR defeated Sunrisers by eight wickets in the first qualifier and entered the final for the fourth time. Helmot told the media on Tuesday, “Despite this, we will continue to play aggressive cricket.” This was not our day. This happens in sports. We will forget this defeat and perform well against RCB or Rajasthan in Chennai.

This season, the opening pair of Hyderabad team has created havoc. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma have laid the foundation of the team’s big score by giving a stormy start. The team created a sensation by scoring the highest score in the history of the tournament against Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Sunrisers have to play the winner of the eliminator between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals in the second qualifier in Chennai. An important reason for Sunrisers’ defeat was the early dismissal of Travis Head. Australia’s Mitchell Starc did not even allow Head to open his/her account and he/she was out on zero for the second time in a row.

However, Helmot said that he/she is ready for the second qualifier. he/she said, “Both of them are great warriors.” Travis Head wants to score fast while Starc is an aggressive bowler. Only one of the two can win. This season, Travis has dominated the bowlers and we want him/her to continue playing like this.
