Shweta told that when my daughter was 2 years old, I was diagnosed with a medical condition. This required surgery. I got away from my daughter. I understood what I could do to avoid this situation. I realized that losing weight was very important and that very day I decided to change myself.

I made a 360 degree change in my lifestyle. This meant I started avoiding outside food, keeping an eye on my calorie count, preparing my own food and also started exercising 6 days a week.

Breakfast: Poha/Upma + egg white/curd/paneer

I feel mentally and physically stronger than before. Now I am not eating to fill my stomach or satisfy my hunger, but to nourish my body and mind. Now my health standards have improved. I don’t need motivation to eat a healthy diet or exercise. Now it has become a part of my life. I don’t believe in losing 10 kg weight in 1 month. Such a diet should be taken which can be followed for a long time.

You will feel mentally and physically challenged in the initial days, but when you make diet and exercise a part of your life, you will not have any problem.
