How to improve your digestive health after Diwali


It is common to have some digestive problems after Diwali because we eat so many things from outside that the body is not able to digest everything properly and we have to face poor digestion for a few days after the festivals are over.

It is common to have stomach related problems due to eating too much fried food and sweets. However, you should stop eating all this after Diwali so that your body can recover on its own and you can avoid major problems.

Apart from this, you can follow some tips related to healthy digestive system which will make your digestion better than before. You should consume nutritious food after Diwali and include such things in your diet which are very beneficial for your digestive system. Like you should consume things rich in fiber so that the food can be easily digested. Apart from this, you should consume only light food and eat things with less carbs and calories so that there is not much pressure on the digestive system and your food gets digested properly.

You should eat dinner as soon as possible in the evening and try to have your dinner three hours before sleeping. Do not eat anything after that. Even if there are leftover sweets and snacks from Diwali. By doing this, your body gets enough time to digest the food and there is not much pressure on the digestive system.
