Acer: Taiwanese Hardware And electronics company Acer on Friday launched the world’s lightest 16-inch OLED laptop ‘Swift Edge’. The Acer Swift Edge will be available in the US this month for $1,499.99.
Equipped with Microsoft Pluton Security Processor
The company said it has been designed to meet the needs of the modern hybrid workforce in terms of productivity and creativity. The new laptop comes with AMD Ryzen Pro 6000 Series and AMD Ryzen 6000 Series processors. It is equipped with a Microsoft Pluton security processor to help defend against increasingly complex attacks.
Weight only 1.17 kg
Acer Swift Edge has 4000 OLED display. It has 500 nits peak brightness for cinema-grade visuals. The lightweight 16-inch laptop weighs only 1.17 kg and measures 12.95 mm in height. The new Acer laptops come with ‘VESA DisplayHD True Black 500’ and ‘TUV Rheinland iSafe’ display certifications for enhanced and comfortable viewing experience. The device comes with Wi-Fi 6e for high-speed wireless connection and file sharing.
Recently launched gaming laptop
Acer India recently launched the much awaited Nitro 5 gaming laptop with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card in India. Its price was kept at Rs 89,999. It was equipped with Nitro 5 10th generation Intel Core processor, which makes the gaming experience even better.
Difficult to find in this price range

The laptop is equipped with RBG-backlit keyboard, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, up to 32GB of RAM for faster performance and Coolboost technology. It has an 80 percent screen-to-body ratio with a thin bezel of 7.02mm. With 144Hz refresh rate and 3 millisecond response time, it offers blur free gaming experience.
